Some Halloween Cupcakes :)
Just wanted to share some mini cupcakes and cake pops I did for a little girl's birthday!
Hope you are having a great week!
I had a lot of fun planning my first full dessert table! It was for a unique little bridal shower. There was dessert and champagne and a suprise treat from a guest speaker. I thought the guest speaker was such a great idea from the host! I decided to try and keep summer alive with sunflowers :)
PS Check out the new Fall Menu!
My parent's neighbors son turned 1 this past weekend and I was thrilled to be making the treats. It was a baseball themed party with hot dogs, popcorn and cotton candy just like when you go to a game! I made him a cake, baseball cake pops, cupcakes, and chocolate chip ganache cookies.
A few weeks ago I received a phone call to do the desserts for a luau themed rehearsal dinner. I was really excited to be asked to do it since it was such a fun and unique idea!
They used my stand to display the cake and cupcakes and then I made pails of sand for them to put the cake pops in! Congrats to Marie & Tommy!
I recently did some fun baby showers that I wanted to share with you.
The first was super cute, they ordered animal themed k-pops to match their invitation and borrowed my stand and then filled it with sandwich cookies and jelly bean jars as well. I am in love with the little train they added!
The second was for a small office shower and it had a teddy bear theme so I made some little bear k-pops to go with their brunch. I thought it was so cute how they put the little onesies in the paper cone.
For the last one I made a two-tiered chocolate cake with hazelnut filling. I made 3d little booties, a baby block and a rattle for the first time which I was really excited about!
I am in love with the new stand I invested in to display my treats. It is so versatile, it can hold cake pops standing straight up and when you flip it over there are no holes and you can use it for cupcakes, cookies, and cakes! It also can be altered to use it in 5 different sizes! I first used it for the Lovely event and put both cake pops and cupcakes on it. Below are some other recent events I have used it for :)
PS - These pops went with the cupcakes in the above photo - I am also excited about my new flower punch to make tags!
I am not sure where the last week went! We went on a short vacation to visit each of our families at their summer vacation spots. It was so nice to get away for a bit and enjoy some sun and sand.
I have been very busy since I have been back and wanted to catch you up with what I have been up to :)
Before I left, I brought the treats for the Tara Keely trunk show to Lovely Bridal. They have the most adorable shop on West 4th Street, with an cute iron gate and an exposed brick wall inside (I am really jealous).
This week I have been working on a lot of wedding favors! This must be a popular weekend because I had two wedding favor jobs and I am going to a wedding.
Angela & Kyle are getting married on Long Beach Island on Saturday and had a beach/pink theme
Cristina and her fiance's wedding invitation had purple and green owls and butterflies so they asked me to make favors to match :)
Congrats to all!
Last week the Wedding Salon hosted a fabulous event at Mark Ingram's Bridal Shop. I was honored to be apart of a panel of experts who spoke to newly engaged brides about the industries latest trends.
Some of the panelists included; Shawn Rabideau Events & Design, Mark Ingram Bridal Atelier, Greenwich Jewelers, World Yacht and more. Below are some tips and trends from me and the experts!
My table :)
Second to ice-cream smores are favorite summer dessert, but you don't make them as much as an adult (which is why there is a smores cookie on my menu). Since my nieces were in town I thought it would be a fun activity for them and I could be a child again and enjoy some smores :)They had curlers in their hair since my shower was on Sunday :)
Since the smores were so good, I started to think about other ways I could make a smore since one is not always in front of a fire. So I made a smores k-pop with marshmallow mixed into a vanilla cake dipped in chocolate and coated in graham cracker crumbs.
Then I made a smores pie pop filled with marshmallow and chocolate and a little graham crumbs. Finally I made a smores push pops with crushed graham crackers, chocolate ganache and fluff (note: if I do again I would use my graham cookies). My smores cookie :)
I hope everyone had a wonderful long weekend, I was excited to finally get to the beach! I wanted to share with you some Birthday Fourth of July themed cake pops and a lovely dinner I had with some great friends!
We rented a beach house with some friends and so I made these for the birthday boy in the house :) (it got a little damaged in my car ride out east).
A little boy turned 1 on the Fourth and celebrated his birthday with his Aunt!
When I got back to the city I continued the celebration with some great friends! My friend Caitlin made a fabulous shredded Zucchini with Gruyere Pizza and a Bok Choy Salad. I brought a Blueberry Galette. I love the summer :)
It has been exciting to get some fun new projects, I wanted to share some cupcake/cake pop towers I did recently!
The first was for a Bridal Shower, it had a zebra and hot pink theme and they held it at an adorable little restaurant in Brooklyn called the Chestnut. I made sure the bride got her own special red velvet cupcake!
The second one was for a candy land Bat Mitzvah! They had the most amazing centerpieces and name cards for the children! I made 3 towers that incorporated her colors and candy from the game! There were lollipops, gumdrops, candy canes, licorice, gingerbread-men, peanut brittle and a crown for the ice princess!
I was the lucky girl who was asked to make some fun treats for a lingerie shower and bachelorette.
It was a fun lingerie shower with spiked cherry limeades and blueberry lemonade cocktails so I made some lemon cake pops and stuck them in lime jellybeans :)
The girls at the bachelorette were going to be enjoying some martinis so I made a cake to go with it!
Enjoy a pail of pops at the beach for the long weekend! Happy Memorial Day!
Almost all of my treats are personalized for each event and made to match the theme of the occasion that you are celebrating. Never hesitate to ask for something that I have never done before; I will always make a make a sample first and if you are close by you can come taste :)

Bridal Shower Pops to match the wedding colors that include the brides initial
Gettysburg Women's Lacrosse Team made it the National Championship and these k-pops gave them some fuel to play - THEY WON!
I made some Baby Block Cakes for a shower this past weekend. To match the cakes the favors were baby block k-pops tied them with feet ribbon that matched the invitation. The mom to be is having twin boys! Below is a picture of the mom to be with her cakes :)
I had the pleasure of working with Hanky Panky on some recent events. They just launched a maternity line and hosted a shower for one of their colleagues where I had the pleasure of making some baby themed treats for them.
They also just celebrated the 25th Anniversary of the Thong and I made special treats for the occasion! It was great working with them!
I was excited to be apart of The Wedding Salon Showcase last week! Thank you to all of my helpers, I could of not done it without you.

K-Pop Wedding Cake!
I love personalizing a K-Pops for events! The first picture was a favor for a baby shower, the colors match the baby's nursery :) I ordered the stickers from Beau Coup to coordinate with theme, but I also do custom stamped tags. Additionally, I have started to work with passion for details and they developed these adorable favor boxes for my K-pops. They are completely customized and can be used as a place seating as well!
